2. Une parcelle de terrain non immatriculée a Bomaka – Buea, avec une bâtisse qui sert de vente de boissons gazeuse et plusieurs petites constructions non achevées.
3. Une parcelle de terrain non immatriculée à Mamfe mise en valeur avec 48 pieds de palmiers à huile.
4. Un terrain non immatriculé à avec une fondation de quatre chambres.
5. Un terrain titré à Nkambe avec quelques pieds d’eucalyptus
6. Un terrain non immatriculé à Benakuma – Menchum avec quelques arbres sauvages
7. Un terrain non immatriculé à Akwayatown avec quelques 300 plants de palmiers huile.
8. Un terrain non immatriculé à Akwayatown avec une villa comme ma résidence
9. Un terrain non immatriculé à Akwaya avec 30 palmiers à huile.
10. Une véhicule de marque Toyota Hilux pickup de seconde main
11. Un véhicule de marque Ford Explorer de seconde main

Contents: some eucalyptus trees
6. An unregistered parcel of land at Benakuma – Menchum
Contents: some wild trees
7. An unregistered parcel of land at Akwayatown
Contents: some three hundred oil palm-trees
8. An unregistered parcel of land at Akwayatown
Contents: an uncompleted bungalow – my residence
